Brandon J. Lauria, Esquire is a career litigator who routinely handles complex family law cases. Brandon’s zealous advocacy and professionalism has been consistently recognized by his adversaries and peers. In every year since 2011, Brandon has received the distinction of being nominated by other lawyers as a “Rising Star” in Pennsylvania to the list compiled by Super Lawyers. No more than 2.5% of all of the lawyers in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania receive the designation as a Rising Star. Brandon’s consistent nomination as a Rising Star is a testament to the relationships and reputation he has developed since becoming an attorney in 2006. He has the current honor and distinction of being the President of the Nicholas A. Cipriani Family law American Inn of Court – a organization comprised of esteemed family lawyers and judges throughout southeastern Pennsylvania.
Brandon is the head of Lauria Law’s family law division and routinely manages all the firm’s complex divorce, custody and support cases. He has devoted his practice to representing individuals with their matrimonial legal needs since he became an attorney in 2006. During that time, he has represented hundreds of clients with their legal problems throughout Southeastern PA and New Jersey. Prior to forming Lauria Law with his wife, Marybeth in 2021, Brandon was a Partner at McEldrew Young, Attorneys-at-Law, a nationally renowned firm. Brandon continues to associate with McEldrew Young as “Of Counsel”.
Brandon is admitted to practice in both the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the State of New Jersey. In addition, Brandon is also admitted to federal practice in the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania and the District of Nebraska. He is an active member of the Philadelphia County Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association, and the American Bar Association. In addition to his bar affiliations, Brandon is also the acting President of the Nicholas A. Cipriani American Inn of Court.
Brandon received a B.S. in Finance in 2001 from Jacksonville University, where he was a scholar-athlete, and his J.D. in 2006 from the Widener University School of Law. While attending Widener University School of Law in Wilmington, Delaware, he served as a law clerk at a prestigious civil litigation firm and actively participated in a pro bono legal services clinic for the aid of local indigents under the tutelage of the Honorable Nathaniel C. Nichols of Delaware County.
